FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

HOW CAN I PREPARE FOR MY LASH AND FACIAL APPOINTMENT?

Dress comfortably. You will be laying down for a while and we want you to be as relaxed as possible. If possible, remove any makeup. During a facial any makeup will be washed off and lash extensions do not stick well to mascara. Avoid using retinol and tretinoin 7-10 days before your facial.

HOW DO I PREPARE FOR MY WAX APPOINTMENT?

Be sure to shower and exfoliate before your appointment. The hair needs to be at least 1/4 inch long, the size of a grain of rice. Avoid the use of retinol or tretinoin for 7-10 days prior.

HOW SHOULD I PREPARE FOR MY SPRAY TAN?

Prepare for your spray tan by showering, exfoliating, and shaving. Be sure none of your bath products contain any oil that will sit on top of the skin. While our spray tans have minimal to no transfer, you will feel most comfortable in looser fitting clothing post appointment.

BROW STAIN OR BROW TINT?

A tint will dye the brow hairs for 2-4 weeks and stain the skin for 24-48 hours.
A stain will dye the brow hairs for up to 6 weeks and stain the skin for up to 2 weeks.

LASH EXTENSIONS DEBUNKED

Most people shy away from extensions because they fear it will look too dramatic. Fear not! Lash extensions are so customizable. We can do the lightest and most natural style all the way up to a full strip lash look. Your lash artist will help you customize based on your natural lashes and eye shape.
Others fear that extensions will harm the natural lash. When applied properly, extensions are completely safe and non-damaging.
